What we collect

When you email us or book a call, we collect your name, email address, company name and anything you choose to tell us.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold a call with you, and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice our services. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, performing a contract with you.

Who we share it with

Only the trusted providers we use to run the business, such as our email, booking (Calendly) and customer-relationship systems. We never sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within two years. Client records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and legal requirements.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. If you book a call, Calendly may set its own cookies, as described in its privacy policy.
